Payment and delivery

Within Tbilisi, your parcel is delivered 1-3 working days after you order.

• Courier delivery costs 6 GEL.

To other cities in Georgia, delivery takes 3-5 working days.

• Courier delivery costs 10 GEL.

Orders are processed during working hours. An order received outside working hours counts as placed on the next working day.

• Working hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00.

To receive your order without delays, please fill in all the requested information correctly and completely when you register.

• All prices on the site are in Georgian lari (GEL), the national currency of Georgia.
• You can pay with a card from any bank.
• The prices of the items on the site do not include delivery.
• The delivery charge for your order is shown once you choose your city. This information is also available in advance on our site, on the Payment and delivery page.
• The company may change the price of any item without notifying the customer in advance.
• The company must promptly inform the customer of any problem on its side related to the buyer’s transaction.
• The buyer must inform the company of any issue related to paying for an item.

• The delivery time agreed between the company and the buyer may change, and the company is not responsible for failing to deliver an item to the buyer on time in the event of force majeure, such as war, civil unrest, earthquake, fire, flood or other natural disaster, as well as government decisions that the parties could not have foreseen.

• You can return a product for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• You pay for the return shipping, unless the product is defective. If it is defective, we cover the shipping, and you can choose a full refund or an exchange for another product of the same value.
• To return a product, contact us first. You can then bring it to our workshop at 4 D. Tavdadebuli St or send it by courier.
• We refund your money within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
